Job Title - Corporate Insurance Sales Manager
Contract - Permanent
Salary - GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 + Bonus, Car and attractive Package

As a driven individual with a solid track record of driving growth and development, youll be tasked with setting and implementing the sales strategy across the North West for one of the largest names in the UK corporate insurance market.

The role

You will lead development in the North West, working closely with an established team in the region to coach, motivate and inspire, whilst developing annual sales plans, supporting with new business and retention strategies as well as contributing to marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
As a growing area of the organisation, with great regional ambition where youll have a real opportunity to shape and develop the future of sales within the business - your role is a vital link between head office and the branch network and is key to ongoing growth.
Youll need to understand each individual office allowing you to work with them to develop realistic sales and marketing plans, and get involved in new and existing business sales.
A key aspect of the role is coaching and developing the region to enable them to reach their full sales potential.

You

With a track record of sales, growth and development in the corporate insurance space, you will demonstrate strong leadership and communication as well as success in a targeted environment.
You will lead from the front able to develop, coach, lead and motivate a remote sales team as well as supporting with developing business plans to increase sales and service focus.The ACII qualification is desirable.
