    Job Title: Commercial Account Executive 

    Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire. 

    Full/Part Time: Full Time

    Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum 

    Insurance Industry Sectors: Insurance, Broking, Broker, Commercial.

     


    Lawes Consulting Group are working closely with an established insurance brokerage who is seeking a Commercial Account Executive. 

     

    This opportunity will suit an individual with 2 years + general commercial knowledge, the right individual will be client facing and be willing to deal with existing clients.

     

    This role will suit an experience Commercial Account Handler who is looking to take a step up to executive.  

     


    About the Role:

    • Provide excellent customer service with brokers and other customers.
    • Make effective decisions when dealing with cases, justifying underwriting decisions and keeping detailed records of decisions made.
    • Opportunity to deal with existing clientele. 
    • Study Support – and career progression opportunities
    • Undertake sales activities ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets.
    • Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts

    Role Requirements:

    • You will have experience winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients.
    • Ability to develop new business through various marketing strategies. 
    • Happy to be client facing and attend all client meetings required.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities to each individual clients requirements 
    • You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings, just to name a few – the stronger our presence in the market, the more successful you will be.
    • You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, as this will allow you to identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best possible outcome for our clients
