Job Title - Delegated Authority Team Co-ordinator

Contract - Permanent
Salary - GBP18,000 - GBP22,000
Location - Cambridgeshire
Industry - Insurance (Co-ordinator, Projects, Microsoft PowerQuery, QlikSense, Reports, Excel)

A well respected client of ours has a position available for a Delegated Authority Team Co-ordinator. Our client is part of a large group of insurance broking agencies and this position will be a key role in their development.
Description:-
Ensure that the company provides a professional, prompt and efficient insurance broking service to clients and insurance providers
Assist the Product Development team in the management of new and existing products across the group
Manage diaries on behalf of the Product Development team
Provide, collate and update reports for the Product Development team
Maintain and run MI reports for key management staff
To provide administrative support to team projects
Triage of incoming telephone calls and emails. Respond or redirect as appropriate within the team or other parts of the group
Ensure wherever possible department works within service standards
Keeping all company information up to date.
To assist in the production of monthly reports, management information and statistics
Work with appropriate software (eg Microsoft PowerQuery, QlikSense etc) to provide relevant reports
To assist the Product Development team with specific projects and general support as required
Managing team diaries
Book meetings on behalf of the team
Ensure rooms & resources are available
Ensure all parties are aware of location
Arrange & help with business lunches if appropriate
Ensure all meetings have a clear agenda and any supporting MI is made available in advance
Maintain a clear post meeting audit trail by entering actions arising into the team worklog and following up actions with other stakeholders where the deadlines are in danger

Basic industry knowledge of insurance market principles and practice
