OVERVIEW 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Account Handler to join our clients friendly team in Glasgow. You will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Act as the first point of contact for designated clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Support clients with queries and provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure client needs are met
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions

EXPERIENCE 

• Experience in the Insurance Industry (Broking exposure a plus)
• Willingness to learn and develop within the industry
• Customer service experience is advantageous

SKILLS 

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive and adaptable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Confidence in client-facing interaction
