Job Purpose

To assist the acquisition and corporate finance team in their day-to-day activities

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in the valuation of targets Assist in the financial due diligence process of group targets (including tailoring legal contracts, Net Working Capital calculations, Quality of Earnings analysis, etc)
– Update, enhance and maintain the group 3-year forecast/valuation model Assist with analysis for our main investors and other institutions (i.e. banks)
– Assist in the production of competitor analysis Assist with reporting to Senior Management and Group Board Perform Ad hoc pieces of analysis as and when required
