Our client an Insurance Brokerage based in Birmingham has an exciting new position for an experienced Corporate Insurance Account Handler
Your objective is to direct the profitable handling and growth of the client accounts by maintaining and developing the relationship management strategy and the acquisition of new clients
Requirements
· Strong Grounding Commercial experience as a Corporate Broker
You will join an impressive corporate team based in central Birmingham, sharing the workload of complex, corporate and international clients including many household names.
Your role will encompass all aspects of client service, including client and insurer interaction as well as a range of administrative and technical duties
Cases vary across commercial lines and industry sectors, each typically worth in excess of GBP10k and often over GBP100k.
· The ability to hit the ground running
· IT literate with excellent communication skills and telephone techniques for dealing with day to day communications with clients.
· Accurate, reliable, self-motivated and confident
· Endeavour to deliver best practise, market leading service and solution
