Job Title – Commercial Account Handler

Contract – Permanent 

Salary –    Up to £30,000

Location – Essex 

Industry – Insurance Broker (Commercial, Insurance, Account Handler)

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will place and administer commercial insurance working alongside the Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• – Preparing and processing renewals
• – Remarketing policies where necessary
• – Prioritising and managing own workload
• – Contacting clients to obtain up to date risk information and to discuss renewal terms
• – Issuing mid-term adjustments

Requirements:

• – Must have Account Handling experience within an insurance environment
• – Experience handling a wide range of commercial clients
• – Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• – Be able to work as an active, positive, enthusiastic member of both colleague and client teams
• – Able to lend assistance to other team members when requested, always subject to current work loads
