Job Title – Commercial Insurance Account Handler
Contract – Permanent
Salary – GBP30,000 – GBP40,000
Location – North West London

Our client, an independent insurance broker are currently recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to become part of their expanding team based in North West London.

As an Account Handler you will place and administer SME insurance working alongside the Client Executives.

You will mainly be dealing with Professional Indemnity/Directors & Officers/ Public Liability/Contractors All Risks/ Goods in Transit/ Motor Fleet and Commercial Combined business. Strong Technical knowledge in these lines of business is essential.

Requirements:
– Must have Account Handling experience within a broker environment;
– Experience handling a wide range of commercial clients;
– Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
– Be able to work as an active, positive, enthusiastic member of both colleague and client teams;
– Be able to lend assistance to other team members when requested, always subject to current work loads;
– Effective communication and presentation skills will be required along with an ability to prioritise workflow with little supervision and maintain a proactive service attitude;
– Good computer skills are also required.
