    Job Title – Key Account Executive – Insurance
    Contract – Permanent
    Salary – GBP45,000 – GBP55,000
    Location – London
    Job Summary

    To support the Head of Client & Broker Relationship across the day to day relationship management functions and assist with the implementation of the broker strategies
    Understand and responsible for the key broker relationships on behalf of other business units.
    Assist with delivering sales success within our clients framework of corporate values within a customer centric environment.

    Accountabilities
    Manage Key broker relationships – manage and co-ordinate all review meetings and follow up on business delivery.
    Assist with the strategic plans of key brokers and work closely with the relevant underwriters to deliver the plan
    – Quarterly Reviews
    – Delivery of Results
    – Broker Planning – N B and Retention
    – Pipeline
    – Relationship Mapping

    Assist Head of regional network developing and executing the UK regional Broker strategy. Focus on two key independent brokers.
    Manage and co-ordination of conferences and events, and overseeing broker/market seminars including budgeting.
    Manage and Co-ordinate the UK website – Updating and overseeing all content and uploading and oversee agency application procedures relevant information.
    Work with Key internal stakeholders creating communication plans for all Key initiatives.
    Understand and use CRM effectively – Creating reports and updating client/broker records.
    Assists in the development of proposals for point of sale. Active and leading involvement in point of sales presentations.
    Corporate Hospitality – manage and coordinate all events for business lines for inception to completion.
    Manage tender materials and update appetite sheets for brokers and create/distribute effective broker reports

    Diplomacy and ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.
    Willingness to travel regionally.
    Flexibility to attend Broker/Market events as required outside of core business hours.
    Ability to build partnerships with all business groups
    Competent in powerpoint and Excel with confidence to present to groups.
    Undertake full training programme around the principles of Insurance, demonstrating a sound understanding of the Insurance Industry and awareness of competitor behaviour.

    Educational Requirements
    Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study
    A Levels Business related desired
    Bachelors Business/ Economics desired
    Language Skills and Qualifications
    Italian and other European languages desired.
