Job Title – Insurance Sales Advisor – Commercial and Fleet

Contract – Permanent

Salary – £20,000 – £26,000 OTE £30,000 – £40,000

Location – Sheffield

Industry – Insurance Broker (Insurance, Commercial, Corporate)

Due to our clients continued success and ambitious plans for further growth, we have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a new business focused individual to join one of South Yorkshires most well respected insurance brokers.

Pride themselves on not only their honesty and integrity with clients but also their ability to place their clients’ business needs across all lines of insurance

One of the few chartered brokers within then their market and push to make sure all their staff have the highest insurance qualifications possible

The Role:-

Proactive development of new business streams from referrals and recommendations.

Negotiate with Insurers to make sure your clients get the best rate

Develop strong relationships with key suppliers as evidenced by account size and profitability

Win new insurance business from warm leads passed in from a large network of introducers

The Candidate:-

General Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience from a broking role

High level of ambition and drive

Ability to generate new business and build a successful pipeline

Thrives within a target driven environment

General Commercial experience, Construction and Haulage would be a big advantage

Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills

Cert CII – beneficial
