    Job Title: Business Analyst

    Are you an enthusiastic, motivated Business Analyst? With experience in a change environment?

     

    Then this is the role for you.

    Experience of working as an Analyst, Insurance Domain, Connect & CLI would been an advantage

    Able to Analyse both systems configuration and integration requirements

    Analyst Experience with Good analytical and quantitative skills

    Experience of analysis practices, including Data Mapping, ‘As Is’ ‘To Be’ and Gap Analysis

    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    Experiences of effective facilitation, listening & presenting

    Experience of analysis management in a remote environment

    Ability to work well with teams in multiple locations and a willingness to travel

    Problem solving and influencing skills

    Great Customer focus

    Commercially aware

    Strong use of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)

     

    What you will be doing?

     

    As our Analyst, you will be using your excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal & external stakeholders.

    We will require you to:

    Organises & Facilitates the requirement gathering and prioritisation workshops, documenting outputs

    Identifying the appropriate elicitation activities

    Owning the quality of requirements throughout a project lifecycle

    Requirement prioritisation and risk identification, including the resolution of conflicting requirements

    Produce quality outputs that meet the needs of stakeholders you have identified

    Provide input into the solution design, ensuring it meet stakeholder needs.

    Evaluate & communicate possible impact of changes to requirements making sure they are properly though through

    Support Test activity within the end to end project process

    Help to embed new technologies and processes within the business
