Role – Lloyds Market Relationship Manager
Contract – Permanent
Salary – £55,000 – £60,000
Location – London

Position Summary
- As a member of the Lloyd’s & London Market team, you will be responsible for account management of existing clients and identifying growth opportunities for both TPA and loss adjusting, on a global basis.
Job Scope
- You will be based from our clients London office, although ability to flexibly work from home
Functional Knowledge
- Understanding of the Lloyds and London markets and the role of the various parties
- Understanding of London market systems
- Understanding of the claims function in insurance
- Understanding of US E&S market desirable but not essential
General Background, Experience & Professional Qualifications
- Degree / A levels
- Insurance qualifications desirable but not essential
- Experience of working for an insurer/broker/MGA in the London insurance market
Key Responsibilities
- Account management of an agreed selection of Lloyd’s Managing Agents and brokers
- Establish and build new relationships where these are likely to be beneficial to our client.
- Identify new business opportunities, sell appropriate solutions to potential clients and convert to profitable revenue.
- Identify opportunities from within the existing client base and cross sell additional services.
- Develop strong working relationships with relevant personnel within our client’s business units worldwide
- Liaise with our client’s class of business teams and regions and assist in promoting their services to the Lloyd’s and London markets.
- Work closely with the appropriate teams to ensure implementation of own won new services meet and exceed client expectations – systems, processes, MI etc. .
- Identify new potential contacts for our clients employees visiting London and where appropriate attend meetings.
- Assist our clients employees visiting the Lloyd’s and London Markets in organizing meetings with their known contacts.
- Respond to Due Diligence requests.
- Create proposals and respond to RFIs.
- Ensure that CRM is maintained in the prescribed manner for all managed accounts and new opportunities.
- Participate in business development projects.
