Contract – Permanent
Salary – £25,000 – £30,000

A highly regarded independent insurance brokerage based in Nottinghamshire are looking for a Commercial Schemes Insurance Account Handler to join their established team.

Duties will include;

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients;
• Provide broking and administrative services to clients confining advice and information to those areas in which you are knowledgeable and competent;
• Raise potential issues with the team leader/account executive as appropriate;
• Liaise effectively with the Account Executive to ensure an appropriate strategy for renewal attend client meetings as necessary and action meeting points (if applicable)
• Handle the teams portfolio of business and to contribute towards achieving team targets for new business renewals and GWP;
• Manage renewal process placing cover on best terms where appropriate in accordance with clients needs.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years of dealing with Commercial or Personal Lines Insurance
• Experience dealing with clients over the telephone along with system experience;;
• Cert CII Qualified or be willing to work towards.
