Payroll Officer – (4-6 Month Contract)

Job Title – Cluster Payroll Officer

Contract – 6 months fixed-term contract

Salary -£26,000 (pro-rata)

Location – East Sussex

Stunning Luxury Hotel Group have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to oversee two hotels on a fixed-term contract.

As Payroll Officer, you will offer a strong support to the Regional Financial Controller and Hotel General Manager, whilst managing the payroll function on a temporary basis.

• Management of ‘Fourth People’ system in terms of payroll, database management and the employee life cycle
• Overseeing the payroll function for two hotel properties
• Providing relevant payroll analysis to the Finance Director and General Managers, including productivity and hours worked statistics
• Ensuring systems and database are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
• Ensuring all Holiday balances are updated annually; and the correct amount of leaver holiday is paid
• Ensuring that all staff receive the highest quality of training relating to guest service standards and that they are maintained
• Ensuring all employees work within a safe and secure environment and in compliance with Health and Safety Legislation
• Ensuring that all appropriate issues are communicated to the General Manager
• Ensuring the personal security of all staff, hotel guests and contractors together with their belongings

Ideally coming from the hospitality industry, you will have exceptional payroll experience and good knowledge of Fourth Management System.
