Commercial Internal New Business Executive

Recruiting for a New Business Executive to be based in Leicester. The role is to make outbound calls to maximise sales opportunities by generating quality leads in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. To strive towards monthly KPI’s and Targets driven by the Sales Manager, targeting commercial insurance / construction insurance.

The Role

To be successful in this role you must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, have excellent attention to detail and be organised.

By joining the team, you will be able to maximise your opportunity to sell through ownership of your own productivity and you could earn additional income through a competitive bonus structure! That’s an OTE of between £20,000 to £ 35,000 Proud of success and growth and have been recognised for many industry awards across the business.
