    Job Title – HNW Development Executive/Bespoke Insurance Advisor

    Contract – Permanent

    Salary – £57,000

    Location – Bishop Stortford / Colchester – Hertfordshire & Essex

     


    Delivery of maximum profitable and compliant sales from GI commercial/personal products and services in the HNW sector as directed, through effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and target customers.

     


    Accountabilities

     

    • Collate, analyse and evaluate relevant client personal, business and financial information to complete fact finds and recommend suitable advice, products and services that meet their needs.
    • Develop a robust pipeline and contact strategy to identify target customers for partner agencies/HNW office.
    • Promote and sell general insurance commercial products (Commercial/Farming NBD) or personal lines (NBD HNW), ensuring compliance with Sales Quality and Advice Standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Educate, support and guide Agents and their staff to promote commercial products and generate leads and appointments that will deliver targeted sales income to partner agencies. (applicable to Farming and Commercial NBD only)
    • Build strong business relationships with underwriting areas as required in RSC, partner field underwriters, NIS and Regional field teams to establish a effective and profitable provider of insurance services to its target customers.
    • Complete and submit necessary documentation within agreed SLAs to provide a robust statutory record of advice given and accurate efficient policy information.
    • Build relationships with clients educating them on the full range of products and referring leads appropriately to meet their current and future requirements.
    • Continually develop to achieve and maintain competence to the requirements of the Training & Competence Scheme.
    • Deliver short term/one off projects and activities as required by and to the standards and outcomes agreed with Line Manager.
