    Job Title – Commercial Account Executive

    Contract – Permanent

    Salary – £45,000 – £50,000

    Location – North London

     

    Role:-

     

    An established Broker who has been trading for many years are seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to work with the Directors’ largest clients. You have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with a full portfolio of prestigious clients across a wide range of industry sectors, deliver exceptional client service as well as liaising with insurers and service providers.

     

    Duties:- 

     

    • Commercial Account Executive supporting the Director on their largest clients.
    • A mixed book of commercial clients with a focus towards construction clients
    • Includes visits to clients both with the director and independently
    • You will be key point of contact for the book of clients for day-to-day matters
    • Working as a Commercial Account Executive, you have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industry sectors.
    • Understanding the business and risk management needs of clients and finding solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet these needs and deliver profitable business for clients;
    • Liaising with clients and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner, providing technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required;
    • Identifying opportunities for new business development to grow client portfolio;
    • Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on relevant new and existing products and services;
    • Collecting and analysing MI from Insurance companies, including claims MI on the overall portfolio and reporting this information clearly and constructively to the Board;
    • Pro-actively developing appropriate solutions and proposals for clients to ensure client retention;
    • Building good working relationships with other account handlers/executives, Directors, Group Operations Officer and the wider team;
    • Leading and delivering exceptional end-to-end ongoing client service in accordance with policies, procedures and service standards;
    • Understanding and applying our company policies and procedures;
    • Ensuring that Company procedures, our high client service standards and FCA compliance regulations are adhered to and maintained, at all times acting in the best interest of our clients.

    • Demonstrates keen attention to detail. Utilises knowledge and skills to prepare high quality correspondence and documentation. Work is accurate and thorough on a consistent basis
    • Pro-actively identifies opportunities for new business and to add value to client accounts, frequently refers accounts for intelligent extras.
    • Highly organized. Plans ahead, manages time well, consistently meets deadlines, is always on time, is cost conscious, thinks of better way to do things.
    • Demonstrates a high level of motivation and resilience with a proactive attitude. Consistently takes ownership of work
