    Aviation Senior Client Manager

     

    • This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, collaborative, and highly successful team that has enjoyed strong year-on-year growth handling a diverse portfolio of mixed-generation business from around the world.
    • The role sits within London international insurance market. This role involves renewal, new placement strategy, and execution for some of our clients largest Aviation industry clients.
    • The successful candidate must have an enthusiasm to learn, progress quickly and the ability to work closely with others.

     


    What the day will look like

     

    • Client management and broking in servicing for a worldwide portfolio of clients produced on a wholesale and retail basis, including both renewals and new business from initial enquiry through to the handing over of the placing slip to the processing/documentation team
    • Provide full reviews of the risks proposed, preparation of underwriting presentations, and review of insurance produced by our documentation team
    • Placement with insurers, including electronic trading
    • Contribute to the growth of the portfolio
    • Support and lead tenders
    • Proactively manage market relationships and support our broking strategy
    • Responsible for working in accordance with the company Framework, and compliance with the organisations policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

    • Proven Aviation insurance/reinsurance experience
    • Established relationships with key carrier underwriters
    • Proven experience in managing effective client relationships
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
