Job Title – Branch Manager – Commercial Insurance
Contract – Permanent
Location – Leicester
Salary – GBP55,000 – GBP65,000 + bonus, LTIP, package

Opportunities to move into branch management from an Account Executive role are rare; even more so when the role requires you to lead an established team working on a live client base and prospect pipeline for one of the UKs most progressive Networks.

Your role

· You will take responsibility for this development focussed office, managing a team while looking to increase headcount
· Stretching growth targets will require you to lead from the front, working to set and implement the development strategy as well as getting your hands dirty where appropriate.
· The business focusses on quality commercial and mid-market accounts, where your experience contacts and connections will yield results

You

· With a proven track record of sales and development in the commercial insurance broking world, you will be an Account Executive or Director who is ready for the step into management
· You will demonstrate the commercial acumen required to drive results as well as the ambition and tenacity to grasp this opportunity.
· Naturally strong sales, negotiation and communication skills should be mixed with a good knowledge of commercial insurance, whilst the personality to lead a growing sales team is essential.
· CII qualifications are an advantage, but by no means essential.
