    Job Title – Regional Account Manager

    Contract – Permanent

    Salary – £75,000 – £80,000

    Location – Remote (London)

    Industry – Insurance (Insurance, MGA, Commercial, SME)

    A forward-thinking commercial MGA is seeking a Regional Account Manager to join their business to further develop the sales strategy from the ground up and work in a highly dynamic and creative environment.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Own the broking sales strategy
    • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers/clients
    • Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure brand values are instilled
    • Manage and develop new schemes and products
    • Use data and analysis to enhance the proposition

    Requirements:

    • At least 5 years commercial insurance experience, ideally within a sales focussed role
    • Have a good understanding of the SME commercial insurance market
    • Experience building and executing sales strategy
    • Excellent organisation skills
    • Excellent relationship management
    • Excellent communication skills
