    Job Title – Customer Support Advisor

    Contract – Permanent

    Salary – £27,000 – £35,000

    Location – Surrey


    Role:-

    A very well regarded and established insurance business are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to service existing clients as well as focus on new business and cross sell products. Great opportunities to progress within the company, superb pension scheme, bonus and hybrid working are available. Our client is also seeking a Senior Customer Service Advisor – £35,000.     Provide specialist customer support for insurance claims and client engagement, 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Full training provided.


    Duties:

    • A successful insurance business is seeking a permanent, full time Customer Support Advisor to join their Customer Services Team where you will play a key role in the success of managing and expanding local business by ensuring customers receive a first-class service. As a Customer Support Advisor you’ll be the backbone of the team, delivering the best possible customer service to new and existing customers. This is a truly varied role where you’ll have the opportunity to focus on your own continuous improvement and get involved in reporting, administrative tasks and even marketing. You will be responding for customer enquiries over the telephone and/or face to face in the branch as well as reviewing and advising customers on their general insurance policies and managing transactions such as policy cancellations refunds.
    • Setting up new and servicing existing polices. Administering all customer instructions to completion and compliance standards.
    • This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive. This means there is a requirement for Continuous Professional Development in role, in addition to ongoing screening checks once in post.

    About you:

    • To be considered for this role you will be someone who is both enthusiastic and passionate for delivering the very best customer service whilst also having a continuing desire to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess the following:
    • Experience in a sales and/or customer service focused role.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time effectively
    • A strong willingness to learn
    • Ability to problem solve and use own initiative and judgment
    • You will be required to attend training courses and to pass the relevant licensing qualifications within an agreed time frame.
