Job Title: International Casualty Account Manager

Location: London – Hybrid Working

Salary: £53k + £5k Car Allowance

Contract: Permanent

My client is looking for individuals who will thrive to join their Wholesale Casualty Business team as an Account Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

Within this role you will be responsible for the provision of day-to-day account management and servicing of their client‘s insurance programmes to support the retention and development of the business.

Additional key role responsibilities will include preparing Client and London market documentation, obtaining quotes from key markets, managing the new business pipeline, project management work for specific key Clients, and effective and timely management of all renewals to ensure completion by the due date.

Qualifications:

Essential

Ability to prepare London market slips, endorsements, adjustments and accurate Client documentation.

Experience preparing submissions and broking presentations for the Market.

Ability to work with the broking teams to prioritise workload and query any missing or incorrect content.

Capability to provide support to their lead brokers and to interact and build relationships with London and overseas markets on allocated accounts.

Good understanding of international taxes and legal considerations

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with their US and International producers and clients.

Desirable

International Casualty Experience

Good understanding of Casualty clauses and wordings and how these are applied.

Experience of using Brokasure

Working knowledge of PPL

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications.
